Director's dealing

The Company announces that it was informed on 17 January 2011 that David Holloway, a Director of the Company, had on that date purchased 80,387 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 12.44p per Ordinary Share (the "Share Purchase").

Following the Share Purchase, David Holloway's holding in the Company stands at 5,150,975 Ordinary Shares representing 7.34% of the issued share capital.
