LightwaveRF plc ("LightwaveRF" or the "Company"), the leading smart homes solutions provider, has been notified that on 11 June 2018, Barry Gamble, Chairman of the Company, purchased 120,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at an average price of 11.24 pence per share.
Following the above purchase, Barry Gamble's total interest in the Company comprises 1,123,686 Shares, representing approximately 1.57 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
