The Board of Numis announces that it was notified yesterday that, David Poutney, Executive Director of Numis, sold 279,669 Numis shares at £2.40 per share, on 21 September 2015.

David Poutney's total beneficial holding is 5,930,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, representing 5.23% of its issued share capital.

The Numis shares referred to above are Numis' ordinary shares of 5p each and the total number of shares in issue is 113,311,019 (excluding shares held in treasury) with each ordinary share carrying the right to one vote.

The total number of shares held in Treasury is 5,127,517

The total number of voting rights in Numis is 113,311,019
