Forbidden Technologies (AIM: FBT), the AIM-quoted developer of the market leading Cloud video platform FORscene, announces that on 15th December 2011, Stephen Streater, CEO of the Company, purchased a total of 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 23.5p per share. Following this purchase his holding is 62,700,000 shares, representing 72.42 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
