Director's Dealings
The Company announces that it has received notification from Mr Peter Dixon-Clarke, the finance director of the Company, that, on 21 June 2010, he transferred 108,510 of his beneficially owned ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into a discretionary trust of which Mr. Dixon-Clarke is a trustee for the benefit of his two children.
As a consequence of the above transfer Mr Dixon-Clarke's holding in Ordinary Shares of the Company remains at 253,639 Ordinary Shares, of which 108,510 Ordinary Shares are now beneficially held on behalf of his children, currently representing 0.13% and 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company, respectively.
