Aura wishes to inform the market that Anne Reeve, wife of Peter Reeve, the Executive Chairman, purchased 285,000 ordinary shares in Australia on 30 August 2017 at a price of 2.305 cents per share. Following this purchase of shares, the combined holdings of Mr Reeve, Mrs Anne Reeve and the Reeve Family Trust are 12,852,365 ordinary shares, representing 1.6% of the Company’s issued share capital.
