Synety Group plc (AIM: SNTY.L), was notified on 14th October that on 14th October 2013 Paul Williams, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 7,582 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.31 per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Paul Williams now holds 7,582 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.12% of the Group's total voting rights.
