Inland Plc ('the Company') announces that it was notified on 22 July 2008 that Simon Bennett (non executive director) purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 14.5p per share. 

Following the purchase, Simon Bennett is interested in 50,000 Inland Shares representing approximately 0.3% of its issued share capital.
