Secure Trust Bank PLC received notice on 11 January 2012 that, on the same day, Paul Marrow, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased in the market 5,440 ordinary shares of 40 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 910 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Paul Marrow holds 5,440 Ordinary Shares.
