DIRECTOR'S DEALING

The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar" or the "Company"), the property investment and development group, announces that it was notified yesterday that Steven Vaughan, the Company's Property Director, sold 50,000 ordinary 5p shares at 169 pence per share and 80,000 ordinary 5p shares at 167 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Vaughan remains interested in 495,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.56% of the total voting rights.
