Director's dealing

The Company announces that it was informed on 14 January 2011 that Ronald Duncan, a Director of the Company, today purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 11p per Ordinary Share (the "Share Purchase").

Following the Share Purchase, Ronald and Lyn Duncan and associated family's holding in the Company stands at 20,562,109 Ordinary Shares representing 29.28% of the issued share capital.
