DIRECTOR'S DEALING

The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar" or the "Company"), the property investment and development group, announces that it was notified on Thursday 25 February 2016 that Nigel Hamway, Chairman, bought 10,000 ordinary 5p shares at a price of 166.93 pence per share on Wednesday 24 February 2016. Following this transaction, Mr Hamway's notifiable holding is 1,009,700 ordinary shares, representing 1.29% of the total voting rights.
