Director's dealing in shares
London, 20 March: The Company was informed on 20 March 2013 that Mr. Robert Jenkins, Independent Non-Executive Director, has purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 22.15p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Jenkins will hold a total of 100,000 shares in Ruspetro representing 0.0299% of the Company's issued share capital.
