The Company was today informed that David Kovarsky, the chief executive of the Company, today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 20.75 pence. Following this transaction Mr Kovarsky will hold a total of 100,000 ordinary shares in IFL representing 0.019% of the Company's issued share capital.
