The Company was today informed that Stephen Oke, a non-executive director of the Company, today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 29.75 pence. Following this transaction Mr Oke will hold a total of 100,000 ordinary shares in IFL representing 0.019% of the Company's issued share capital.
