The Company was informed on 8 November that Tian Xia (Non-Executive Director), has on that day purchased shares in the company.

Tian Xia has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 11.10 pence. Following this transaction, Ms Xia holds a total of 266,667 shares in IFL representing 0.048% of the Company's issued share capital.
