Tangent (AIM: TNG), the online print and digital marketing business, announces that it was notified on 30 January 2014, that on the same day Oliver Charles Green has acquired 170,455 ordinary shares at 8.8p per ordinary share, from his father Michael Green, Chairman of the Company.

As a result of the above transaction, Michael Green holds 82,987,735 ordinary shares of 1p each, representing 29.61% of the voting rights of the Company. Additionally, Oliver Green now holds 170,455 ordinary shares of 1p each, representing 0.06% of the voting rights of the Company.
