Director's dealing

The Company announces that it was informed on 22 December 2010 that Ronald Duncan, a Director of the Company, purchased 107,991 Ordinary Shares on 22 December 2010 at a price of 4.63p per Ordinary Share (the "Share Purchase").

Following the Share Purchase, Ronald and Lyn Duncan and associated family's holding in the Company stands at 20,312,109 Ordinary Shares representing 31.29% of the issued share capital.
