The Company was notified on 9th February that Alan McGettigan, finance director of the Company, acquired 1,690,076 ordinary shares of €0.0125 each at a price of GBP 0.041 each on that day.

As a result of this transaction, Mr McGettigan holds a total of 3,061,352 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.32% of the issued share capital of the Company.
