Sanderson Group plc ('Sanderson' or 'the Group'), the software and IT services business specialising in digital retail technology and enterprise software for businesses operating in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution and logistics sectors, announces that Chairman, Christopher Winn, as part of a personal tax planning exercise, sold 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 85.5 pence per ordinary share on 27 February 2018.
Following these transactions, Christopher Winn is interested in 11,686,924 ordinary shares representing 19.6% of the issued share capital of 59,636,321 ordinary shares.
