Director's Dealings 

The Company announces that on 14 May 2008, 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company were sold by an indirect interest held by Mr Greg Steemson at $0.66 per share. Following the disposal, Mr Steemson now holds, both directly and indirectly, 1,100,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing a holding of 0.29% of the Company's issued share capital.
