Directors Dealing

The Company announces that it was notified today that Leigh Stimpson, Managing Director, bought 3,143 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £3.15 per Ordinary Share today. Following this transaction Mr. Stimpson has a beneficial interest (including Ordinary Shares held in his personal pension) in 172,654 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.22 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company was also notified today that Martin Reid, Operations Director, bought 1,606 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.10 per Ordinary Share today. Following this transaction Mr. Reid has a beneficial interest (including Ordinary Shares held in his personal pension) in 121,606 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.09 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company's trading subsidiary, Diffusion, has supplied fan coils and commercial heating products to the UK heating and ventilation industry ("HVAC") for over 50 years. The Diffusion and Energy Technique brand names are recognised as highly engineered, quality products providing leading edge performance and energy efficiency.

Diffusion's products are installed into commercial offices, hotels, airports, retail outlets, schools, and more recently high-end residential developments. Fan coils are supplied into developments of the major property owning companies, including Land Securities, Stanhope Properties, Grosvenor Estates and British Land. Commercial heating end users include Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's, Tesco, New Look, Boots, ASDA, John Lewis, Fat Face, Lloyds Bank and TK Maxx. All products are designed, developed and manufactured to customers' bespoke requirements from Diffusion's 30,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in West Molesey, Surrey.
