Directors Shareholding

The Company was informed on 27 June 2014 that Keith Rogers, a Director of the Company, bought 19,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p on 27 June 2014 at a price of 217p per ordinary share. On 30 June 2014 the company was informed that Keith Rogers had bought a further 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p at a price of 225p per ordinary share.

Following these transactions, the shareholding of Keith and persons connected is 4,016,986 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.9% per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
