Directors' dealing

Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, announces it was informed today that on 5 May 2016, Guy Elliott, non-executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8.50p per ordinary share. As a result, Guy Elliott is now interested in 22,600,000 ordinary shares representing 2.99 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition, the Company was informed today that on 5 May 2016, Michael Salazar, COO and CFO of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 8.75p per ordinary share. As a result, Michael Salazar is now interested in 1,925,050 ordinary shares representing 0.25 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
