cloudBuy plc (AIM: CBUY), the cloud eCommerce marketplace, announces that it was notified on 5 October 2015 that Patrick Broughton, Non-Executive Director of cloudBuy, has purchased 100,000 shares of 1 pence each in the Company at 14.75 pence per share .

Following the purchase, Mr. Broughton has a notifiable beneficial interest in 870,909 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.68 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
