The Company was recently informed that following the purchase of 207,750 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.7p each on 29 November 2012 and the purchase of a further 215,983 Ordinary Shares at 0.745p on 30 November 2012 by Roderick Gentry's SIPP, Roderick Gentry, a director of the Company, is interested in 33,992,734 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.3 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.

The Company was also informed that following the purchase of 351,750 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.7p each on 29 November 2012 and the purchase of a further 366,989 Ordinary Shares at 0.745p on 30 November 2012 by A J Morton's SIPP, A J Morton is interested in 21,647,205 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.2 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
