Powerflute Oyj ("Powerflute" or the "Company") announces the following acquisitions of shares in the Company by Teresa Presas, Non-Executive Director:

25 November 2014 6,400 shares at a price of 52.50 pence per share

25 November 2014 3,600 shares at a price of 52.00 pence per share

28 November 2014 4,000 shares at a price of 55.00 pence per share

1 December 2014 6,000 shares at a price of 55.00 pence per share

27 May 2015 20,000 shares at a price of 67.00 pence per share

Following the dealings Teresa Presas holds 40,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01 per cent. of the present issued share capital of the Company.
