The Company has today been informed that, John Kilham, Chief Technical Officer of the Company, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 November 2014 at a price of 11.4 pence per share.

Following completion of the share purchase, John Kilham has a beneficial interest in 150,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.48 per cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
