This transaction has no effect on Bestwick's beneficialownership; he continues to hold a total direct and indirect voting rightinterest in 1,004,240 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 3.62%of the issued ordinary share capital of Avanti Communications of 27,708,503ordinary shares of 1p each.
