Powerflute Oyj ("Powerflute" or the "Company"), was notified on 8 June 2015 of the following sales of shares in the Company by Dermot S Smurfit, Non-Executive Director:

· On 5 June 2015, 51,740 shares at a price of 66.0 pence per share; and

· On 8 June 2015, 134,074 shares at a price of 65.4 pence per share.

Following the dealings Dermot S Smurfit holds 1,814,186 shares representing 0.6 per cent. of the present issued share capital of the Company.

Cores and coreboard are manufactured from recycled paper and are used for applications in paper, packaging, textiles, steel, aluminium and many other industries. Coreboard and cores produced by Corenso demonstrate superior strength and rigidity and are suitable for use in the most demanding applications.
