The Company has been informed that Barrie Whipp , Executive Chairman of the Company, has today sold 12.9 million shares at a price of 1.55 pence per share.

Following this sale Mr Whipp holds 102,710,132 ordinary shares in the Company representing 23.1 percent of the issued share capital.
