Director's dealing

Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM:MMX), the publicly quoted owner and operator of Internet top-level domains, announces it was informed on 27 May 2016 that on 26 May 2016, Guy Elliott, non-executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 300,000 ordinary shares at a price of 10.0p per ordinary share. As a result, Guy Elliott is now interested in 23,300,000 ordinary shares representing 3.08 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
