Avisen, the AIM quoted performance management specialist, received notification on 15 August 2011 that Claire Milverton, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has purchased a total of 365,721 ordinary shares of 5p in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares")(the "Share Purchase"). The Share Purchase was made in two tranches; 150,000 Ordinary Shares were purchased on 12 August 2011 at a price of 5.1p, and a further 215,721 Ordinary Shares purchased on 15 August 2011 at a price of 5.375p.

Following the Share Purchase, Claire Milverton is now beneficially interested in 375,725 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.17 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
