Tullow Oil PLC03 April 2006 Tullow Oil plc 3 April 2006 Tullow Oil plc ('Tullow' or 'the Company') Awards of Shares under the Company's 2005 Deferred Share Bonus Plan Under new annual bonus arrangements agreed in 2005, part of the annualperformance related bonus of the executive directors of Tullow is satisfied bythe award of shares under the Tullow Oil 2005 Deferred Share Bonus Plan ('Plan'). The Company announces in respect of the 2005 annual bonus that, on 30March 2006, each of the following executive directors were granted awards overthe number of ordinary shares of 10p each set out below under the terms of thePlan. In respect of the executive directors this notification is made in accordancewith DR 3.1.4R (1)(a) and (b).
