Following the announcement on 11 November 2015, BBA Aviation plc confirms that Peter Edwards and Peter Ventress were appointed to the Board of Directors on 1 January 2016.

On 18 November 2015, Softcat plc, a company of which Peter Ventress is a director, listed on the London Stock Exchange.

For the purpose of the Transparency Directive the Home Member State of BBA Aviation plc is the United Kingdom.
