Oxford Biomedica PLC16 December 2005 CORRECTION Oxford BioMedica plc ("the Company" or "Oxford BioMedica") Directors' Shareholdings The issuer has advised that the following amendment has been made to theDirectors Shareholdings announcement made on 16 December 2005 at 8.23 a.m. In the second paragraph it states "However, the share options may only beexercised if at the time of exercise, or for at least 12 months in the threeyears before exercise, the percentage increase in Oxford BioMedica's totalshareholder return exceeds the percentage increase in the FTSE TechMarkMediscience index since the date of the grant of the share option". Oxford BioMedica plc ("the Company" or "Oxford BioMedica") Directors' Shareholdings The Company today announces that on the 15 December 2005 it granted shareoptions over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("share options") tocertain directors, under the Oxford BioMedica 1996 (No.1) share option scheme("the Scheme"). The exercise price for each of the options is 29 pence per shareand no payment was made in respect of the grant of these share options. Under the Scheme, the new share options may be exercised between 15 December2008 and 15 December 2012. However, the share options may only be exercised ifat the time of exercise, or for at least 12 months in the three years beforeexercise, the percentage increase in Oxford BioMedica's total shareholder returnexceeds the percentage increase in the FTSE TechMark Mediscience index since thedate of the grant of the share option.
