Director/PDMR Shareholdings
appScatter Group plc (AIM: APPS), the scalable business-to-business ('B2B') Software as a Service ('SaaS') platform that allows paying users to distribute and manage their apps on multiple app stores around the world, announces that it was notified on 1 December 2017 of the following purchases of ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by three Directors of the Company.
On 1 December 2017 Clive Carver, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 20,408 Ordinary Shares at a price of 49.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Clive Carver is interested in a total of 208,300 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.33% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
On 1 December 2017 Jason Hill, the Company's Sales Director, purchased 20,408 Ordinary Shares at a price of 49.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Jason Hill is interested in a total of 244,870 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.39% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
On 1 December 2017 Michael Buchen, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 20,408 Ordinary Shares at a price of 49.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Michael Buchen is interested in a total of 193,643 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.31% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
