Director/PDMR Shareholdings
CareTech Holdings PLC (AIM: CTH), a pioneering provider of specialist social care services in the UK, today announces the following Director/PDMR share purchases.
Westminster Holdings Limited ("Westminster"), a company wholly owned and controlled by the Westminster Trust (a discretionary trust of which the beneficiaries include Farouq Sheikh and Haroon Sheikh, the Company's Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer respectively), purchased 300,000 shares in CareTech at 369p per share on 29 October 2018.
Following the purchase, the interests of Mr F Sheikh and Mr H Sheikh and their connected persons in the issued share capital of the Company are as follows:

In addition, on 29 October 2018, Karl Monaghan, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 6,700 shares in the Company at 369p per share. Mr Monaghan's total holding is 41,484 shares, representing 0.038% of the Company's issued share capital.
Also on 29 October 2018, Jamie Cumming, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,500 shares in the Company at 369p per share. Mr Cumming's total holding is 2,500 shares, representing 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital.
