Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Marshall Motor Holdings Plc, one of the UK's leading automotive retail groups, announces that on 28 May 2021, certain Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') of the Company were awarded ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") in respect of nil cost options granted in 2017 and 2018 under the Marshall Motor Holdings Plc Performance Share Plan.
The Shares were awarded for nil cost by the trustee of the MMH Employee Benefit Trust, with those Shares being subject to holding periods of four years from the date of grant of those awards.
As a result, the interests of the following Directors and PDMRs in Shares have changed as follows:

The Group's principal activities are the sale and repair of new and used vehicles. The Group's businesses have a total of 115 franchises covering 22 brands, across 29 counties in England. In addition, the Group operates six trade parts specialists, two used car centres, six standalone body shops and one pre delivery inspection centre.
