Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that on 6 July 2016, it received notification that on 6 July 2016 Sir Terry Morgan, Chairman of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £6.98 per Share.

Following the above transaction, the total beneficial holding of shares of Sir Terry Morgan is 15,000 Shares, representing approximately 0.028% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The above notifications are intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 3.1.4R.
