The Company announces that on Monday 27 February 2023, Mr Christopher Morgan, Company Secretary, purchased a total of 1,447 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction, Mr Morgan has a beneficial interest of 1,447 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
On Tuesday 28 February, Mr Clive Watson, Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 31,125 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction, Mr Watson has a beneficial interest of 58,625 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
