Adgorithms was yesterday notified that on 26 September 2016, Ron Stern, Or Russo and Tomer Naveh purchased a total of 85,185 ordinary shares of 0.01 NIS ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company at a price of 21 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Ron Stern, Chief Financial Officer, is beneficially interested in 190,895 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.31 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Following the purchase, Or Russo, General Manager, is beneficially interested in 3,623,164 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.87 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Following the purchase, Tomer Naveh, Chief Technology Officer, is beneficially interested in 3,730,847 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
