Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings
The Company has been notified of the following transactions:
On 16 October 2009 Paul Nokes, a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, sold 8,732 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1237.66p each. Following this notification his shareholding is 150,734 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.42% of the issued share capital.
The Fidessa group plc Share Bonus Trust acquired on 22 October 2009 a total of 398 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1264p each to satisfy the potential call of vested 2009 awards and NIC hedging on vested 2009 awards in respect of the Fidessa group plc Share Bonus Plan. As potential beneficiaries of the Trust, the executive directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility are deemed to have a potential beneficial interest in the Trust's shares.
