Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 18 March 2010 that, on 17 March 2010, Mr Kevin Beeston, Chairman, sold 293,900 of the Company's ordinary shares in the London market at 594 pence per share.
This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R (1)(a).
