("Fuller's" or the "Company") Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging ManagerialResponsibility or Connected Persons On 6 July 2006 Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. announced the results of itsoff-market tender offer to holders of its B shares subject to shareholderapproval at the Company's AGM on 25 July 2006; this approval has now been given.Included in the 1,849,276 shares tendered were interests of the followingPersons Discharging Managerial Responsibility "PDMR" in the Company.
