MIAMI (February 14, 2007) - Carnival Corporation & plc was notified that on February 13, 2007, Richard J. Glasier, a member of Carnival Corporation & plc's boards of directors, purchased 2,000 shares of Carnival Corporation common stock at an average price of $48.9925 (USD) per share. Following this transaction, Glasier owns directly or indirectly an aggregate of 5,000 shares of Carnival Corporation common stock.
