Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that Nigel Luckett ('Mr Luckett'), Non-Executive Director, purchased 11,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 266.82p, on 30 June 2008. As a result of this transaction, Mr Luckett is now interested in 48,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.42% of the issued share capital of the Company.
