John Lewis of Hungerford Plc ('the Company') announces that it was informed on 24 February 2010 that John Lewis, a director of the Company, sold an aggregate of 2,100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1 (one) pence per share on 24 February 2010. These shares were acquired, in part, by four other directors of the Company as follows: Jon Rosby acquired 900,000 ordinary shares, Malcolm Hepworth acquired 500,000 ordinary shares, Karen Stanley acquired 500,000 ordinary shares and Charlotte Hill-Baldwin acquired 100,000 ordinary shares.
