GCP STUDENT LIVING PLC GCP Student Living plc (the "Company") was informed on 4 July 2014 thatMr Robert Peto, a non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 10,000Ordinary 1 pence shares of the Company at a price of 105.5 pence per share inthe Company's recent share issue. Following this transaction, Mr Peto is interested in a total of 30,000 Ordinaryshares (representing 0.027% of the shares in issue). The legal and beneficialinterest in 50% of these shares is held by Mrs Susan Peto, spouse of Mr Peto.
