REA announces, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, that it received notification on 10 October 2012 that the following parties, being directors of REA, sold in London on 9 October 2012 holdings of 9 per cent cumulative preference shares of £1 each in the company at a price of 107 p per share:
